גַּם֮ בְּטֶרֶם֮ יַקְטִר֣וּן אֶת־הַחֵלֶב֒ וּבָ֣א ׀ נַ֣עַר הַכֹּהֵ֗ן וְאָמַר֙ לָאִ֣ישׁ הַזֹּבֵ֔חַ תְּנָ֣ה בָשָׂ֔ר לִצְל֖וֹת לַכֹּהֵ֑ן וְלֹֽא־יִקַּ֧ח מִמְּךָ֛ בָּשָׂ֥ר מְבֻשָּׁ֖ל כִּ֥י אִם־חָֽי׃
נאָך אײדער מען האָט געדעמפֿט דאָס פֿעטס, פֿלעגט קומען דעם כּהנס יונג, און זאָגן צו דעם מאַן װאָס האָט געשלאַכט: גיב פֿלײש צום בראָטן פֿאַרן כּהן, װאָרום ער װיל ניט נעמען פֿון דיר געקאָכט פֿלײש, נײַערט רױ.
I Samuel
Why do you scorn My sacrifice and My meal-offering which I have commanded you [to bring in My] Sanctuary? But you honor your sons more than Me, to feed yourselves from the choice parts of all the offerings of Yisroel, My people?'
